Electrical engineer · Technical product builder

I turn real human constraints into tangible products.

I work across users, physical systems, evidence, and the business realities that decide whether a product reaches the next stage.

Flagship

01

One affordable connection became a product system.

Physical product · Motion+

QuickClamp → U-Clamp

I originated and built the first $25 prototype, then co-developed its evolution through parameterized CAD, 3D-printed iteration, and a path toward safety testing.

Method

02

The proof path stays visible.

One repeated device

Constraint

Fit two existing systems without replacing either one.

Decision

Parameterize the connection around two tube measurements.

Evidence

$25 first prototype; 19 STL files per recorded variant.

Next test

Complete safety, braking, repeatability, and broader fit testing.

Technical work

03

A sizing problem became a repeatable CAD workflow.

Two inputs · one complete output set

CAD · Automation · 3D printing

Parametric Clamp Generator

A guardrailed workflow accepts wheelchair and scooter diameters, updates a SolidWorks design table, rebuilds the assembly, and packages the print-ready parts.

Range

04

The same operating pattern survives different contexts.

Professional systems · Product discovery

Point of view

05

Technical, human, and adoption realities belong in one frame.

Technical reality

Make the mechanism and its constraints legible.

CAD · Prototypes · Systems · Evidence

Human reality

Translate lived and operational experience into requirements.

Users · Operators · Stakeholders · Dignity

Adoption reality

Treat cost, trust, communication, and scale as product variables.

Cost · Priorities · Funding · Next stage

About the builder

Engineering is the foundation. Product is how I decide what deserves to be built.

I am drawn to systems that can be held, understood, repaired, and made more useful. That is why my work keeps crossing the boundaries between technical detail, users, and the business consequence.

More about Alexzander

I am looking for a Summer 2027 team where I can own a technically real product or system and earn the path back full-time.
